Some of the illustrations look very little like the birds depicted and without explanatory text it would be easy to misidentify birds. In addition, nearly half of the guide is taken up with w|From the Back Cover|Iowa Birds, An Introduction to Familiar Species, is a must-have, reference guide for beginners and experts alike. Whether you're on a nature hike or in your own backyard, you'll want to take along a copy of this indispensable guide. The Pocke
